BOOGAS Community Spotlight Series
BOOGA with a heart of gold!
Once upon a time, there was a Booga with a heart of gold.
His name? NICK.
SEINDE: Hello Nick, please tell me about yourself 😎NICK: I’m a 49 year old ex skateboarder, with a great passion for child health and support, having 4 kids of my own, I have worked as a child protective social worker for most of my life. SEINDE: What do you do outside of work?NICK: When I’m not busy helping kids in vulnerable situations, I like to surf Web3 as a hobby. I collect NFTs that I like and support founders like Rok whenever I can. SEINDE: When did you join Web3? NICK: I joined crypto 10 years ago, originally as a Solana maxi with an extensive bag of OG NFTs, including a couple of OMBs. SEINDE: Why NFTs? NICK: Its uniqueness. The ability to connect multinational individuals into tightly knit communities and create real-life impacts is what drew me here. SEINDE: Do you think Boogas can impact lives and why? NICK: Yes. I believe NFTs can heal the world by uniting communities around the world. Although different people have different expectations, Boogas can meet people at their point of need, whether it is via community or simply trading for profits. SEINDE: What are your expectations for Boogas? NICK: I’m only here for the community. I joined the movement after a meeting with Rok, I loved his vibe and decided to show support.
Fun fact: I never sell my NFTs, I buy into communities afterwards I connect with the people in said communities. This community is great, and I’m happy to support such communities. SEINDE: How many badges do you own? NICK: Haha, although I have several Boogas, I own just one badge, and that only happened after I had a chat with Rok. SEINDE: Why do you have only one badge?NICK: Because I was told I need an xportal wallet to create them and I mainly use my work pc for my crypto runs after the Mrs goes to bed on a typical day. SEINDE: Do you have a favorite Booga?NICK: Yes, I do. Boogas #4025
Why is He your favorite? NICK: Because I’m a sentimental old bleep and he looks so sad
Thanks for the interview, Nick. We really appreciate you and wish you all the best!
